Mini Sessions

15-20 minute sessions. These are stand alone sessions are easy to add to a full class. These do not include a warm up/cool down. Please take time to ensure your body is ready to move before jumping in!

45min classes focused on strength & mobility. Each class includes a warm up and cool down to ensure a well-balanced and safe workout.
