The Bod Squad

Full Body Foundations

This class is broken into two! Upper & Core, and Lower & Core.

The core options vary week to week switching between floor and standing. Pick the class that best suits your needs that day.

This class is designed to support your smaller muscles so movements are smaller and more specific. The goal of class is to get to know your muscles, rather than power through. You’ll feel stronger and energized at the end of class.

  • Strength & Cardio - if you’ve got lots of energy to give and you’re looking to get your heart and body strong!

  • Strength & Mobility - perfect if you want to move and feel good in your body, but your energy levels might be lower.

Circuit

Full Body POWER!

Full Body POWER is a class for you to challenge yourself.

There are 6 combination movements to incorporate full body movement and build strength in a short amount of time. If you are new to fitness, I’d love you to try this class with no weights, just to see how your body feels as it learns these new movements.

I will walk you though ways to make this easier or harder, depending on how your body feels when you turn on the class.

Class is standing and floor based work.

Sit Stand & Strong

A standing and chair-based class with a slower, intentional pace. We focus on strengthening while deepening the connection with your body.

Don’t be fooled - just because there’s a chair doesn’t mean it has to be easy! You control the intensity, making this class as gentle or as challenging as you need.

Mobility & Massage

This class we are focused on gaining new range of motion in specific joints. We will be using lacrosse balls, pilates balls and rollers to soften muscles an access deeper relaxation. It’s an opportunity be intentional and slow with movement to create a bigger connection between your brain and body. Classes can include discussion on integrating pelvic floor breath, meditation and breathwork to finish off this slow paced class.

Mini Sessions

Mini sessions are quick 15-20min classes. You can grab a quick class if you don’t have time for a full workout or you can add them to a class for an extra boost!

The Bod Squad is a virtual fitness membership featuring 5 unique classes. Each class is designed to support strength, mobility, and confidence — no matter where you're starting from.

Every two weeks, new videos are added to keep your workouts fresh and motivating. Each class includes 4 on-demand videos, giving you a total of 20 sessions to choose from at any time.

Don’t have time for a full class? Try a mini session! 15-20 mins is all you need to help your body feel and move better!

  • Classes are taught with dumbbells, soup cans, pillows and resistance bands. (or docile pets)

    It’s designed to start with whatever you have around your house. If this is a fit for you, then you can add equipment to your collection.

    If you’d like to purchase any equipment, I would suggest a resistance band kit with long bands, mini loops and door anchor. 9” pilates ball and 2 lacrosse balls are excellent and inexpensive tools as well.

  • Class recordings are updated every 2 weeks. You have access to 4 different recordings per class and they last 2 months each.

  • The Bod Squad membership you have over 20 hours of classes and mini sessions available.

    There’s something for different energy levels and time restraints.

    We’ve got you!

  • Your membership automatically renews monthly on the same day as you signed up.

    You can cancel at any time if classes are no longer working for you.
