No-Bake Energy Balls
I’m a huge fan of these goodness-filled balls. (That doesn’t sound quite right, but we’re pressing on!) Energy balls are easy to make and tasty to eat!
I love a little sweet treat - and these hit the spot!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Oats - blended to a rough flour consistency
1.5 C Pitted Dates
1 Scoop Peanut Butter Protein Powder (optional)
1/3 C Peanut Butter
1/4 C Honey
1/4 Chocolate Chips
Method:
If your dates are hard, soak them in boiling water for 1-5 mins, then drain.
Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to blender and pulse until a sticky and uniform consistency. (Don’t over blend)
Fold in the chocolate chips
Roll into balls (1” seems to work for me!)
Refrigerate and consume over 5 days. (Freezes well!)
