With over 25 years as a Registered Massage Therapist, bodies have always been my jam. Over the years watching clients - and myself age, it became clear to me that we need to be strong to live our best lives.

  • We focus on building small muscles, so super heavy weights aren’t necessary. Start with what you have - soup cans, a bag of potatoes and a pillow is a great start! '
