The 4-week Cycle

The Bod Squad is built around a repeating 4-week training cycle designed to give you structure without rigidity. New classes are added every 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks the retired classes are moved to the on-demand library.

Each cycle includes 3 workouts per week, thoughtfully programmed to support your whole body through mobility, strength and a little bit of cardio to keep our hearts happy and healthy.

Classes are 30-40 mins and can be done with dumbbells, soup cans or body weight.

How the Weekly Rhythm Supports You

Upper Body & Core

Build strength and stability from your waist up! Classes focus around foundational movement and getting stronger shoulders, arms, back & core.

Bicep curls & rows anyone?

Lower Body & Core

Strengthen hips, legs, knees, and feet while improving balance and control.

Think - squats, lunges & planks.

Circuit - Strength & Cardio

Blend full body strength and cardio in a way that feels energizing — with options for different bodies and energy levels.

Challenge your heart and clear your mind with this fun class!

This balance allows for recovery, consistency, and long-term progress.

How Progression Works Across 4 Weeks

We’re following the K.I.S.S protocol here. Keeping it simple takes the guesswork out so you’re able to focus on getting stronger.

You’ll repeat the same three workouts across the 4-week cycle, but each week you’ll learn how to change how the work feels — not just do more.

Week to week, I’ll guide you through ways to:

  • Adjust resistance

  • Change tempo

  • Use or reduce external support

  • Explore range of motion safely

Progress here is about awareness, strength, and confidence — not pushing or “leveling up.”

Flexible by Design

You’re encouraged to follow the 4-week cycle, but you’re never locked in.

  • Do the workouts on days that work for you

  • Repeat classes when familiarity feels supportive

  • Rest, skip, or revisit earlier cycles anytime. Previous workouts will live in the on-demand library.

  • The Bod Squad membership is billed monthly and renews automatically.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • Cancellations made after this window will take effect for the next billing cycle, and the current month will not be refunded.

  • Once a payment has been processed, no partial refunds or prorated credits are provided.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the membership until the end of your current billing period.
