Full Body Fundamentals
Thursday @ 9:45 - 10:45am
A slower-paced fitness class focused on building strength and control in both the small supportive muscles and the big powerful ones. We’ll use resistance bands for strength training and incorporate a chair for added support and stability.

Everyday Strength
Friday @ 5:30-6:30pm
Using resistance bands and bodyweight, this class focuses on strength to carry you safely through life. Class will be standing and floor based with mobility included in every session. Be prepared to work - but know that your effort is always up to you!
