Give your feet the attention they deserve in this 2-hour Foot Workshop designed to help you move with more comfort and confidence. We’ll explore simple relaxation techniques, targeted strengthening exercises, and practical tools to support the foundation of your body. Along the way, you’ll learn why foot strength and mobility matter - from improving balance and stability to supporting your knees, hips, and back. Expect a welcoming, educational space where you can slow down, tune in to your body, and leave with exercises you can easily continue at home.
What to Expect
The first portion of the morning will be lecture style. You will learn a little about the muscles and structures of your foot so the “why” makes more sense. After a short break, we’ll get into some gentle movement. First we’ll look at the smaller muscles and how to target them specifically, then we’ll incorporate this into bigger movements.
Please dress in comfortable clothes and be prepared for some gentle movement.
