Body Love Fitness is built on the principles of inclusivity, body neutrality, and empowerment through movement. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after a break, or looking to move in a way that supports your unique and amazing body, you’re in the right place.
My programs are beginner-friendly, thoughtfully designed, and always focused on form, function, and feeling good - not how your body looks. The goal? To help you build strength, improve mobility, and enhance your quality of life so you can keep doing the things you love, with more confidence and ease.

Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Jen — owner/founder of Body Love Fitness.
With over 25 years as a Registered Massage Therapist, I’ve spent my career helping people feel more at home in their bodies. I started Body Love Fitness because I saw how often traditional fitness spaces can leave folks feeling judged, overwhelmed, or left out - especially those who were just starting out, living with pain, or didn’t fit the mold of what fitness "should" look like.
Body Love Fitness is my way of changing that.
I take a body-neutral, inclusive, and client-centered approach to training. That means we focus on how your body feels and functions - not how it looks. My classes and programs are designed to be beginner-friendly, adaptable, and focused on form, safety, and improving your quality of life, so you can feel strong and capable in the things that matter most to you.
Whether you're building strength, working on mobility, recovering from injury, or just want to move in a way that feels good — I’m here to support you, every step of the way.
