  • We’ll meet virtually for an hour to review your goals and health history, and complete a movement assessment to see how your body is working right now.

  • Over the following week, I’ll design 2–3 customized workout plans just for you—built around your assessment findings, goals and lifestyle.

  • Now the fun begins! You’ll work through your personalized plans at your own pace over the week. We’ll stay connected with videos and text check-ins so you feel supported, confident, and safe as you learn each movement.

  • Once a week, we’ll meet to check in on how you’re feeling and progressing. These regular sessions keep you accountable and give us time to talk about your exercises, hydration, goal setting, and anything else you’d like a cheerleader for.

  • Depending on your goals, progress, and health, your training plans will be updated every 6 to 10 weeks. This keeps your workouts fun and fresh, challenges your body in new ways, and helps you reach your goals faster.
